Manufacturing process of aluminum alloy forging wheel

2. Aluminum rod preheating: put the cut aluminum rod into the heating furnace for heating, heating to the set temperature, so that the material reaches the equilibrium temperature, out of the forging operation.

3. Forging into embryos: the preheated aluminum is forged into wool embryos by direct forging with a forging press of more than 8000 tons.

4. Powerful spinning molding: Using the vertical spinning machine, with 3 spinning wheels up to 25 tons per wheel, the hair embryo is spun into shape.

5. Heat treatment: Aluminum wheels need to be strengthened by heat treatment after spinning, and the process of heat treatment includes A.High temperature solution treatment, b. Quenching water treatment, and c. Low temperature aging treatment.

6. Lathe processing: the wheel prototype completed by heat treatment is processed by lathe to directly carve out the designed type.
