At present, there are two main processes for monolithic forging wheels:

Forming forging, also known as die forging, has basically formed the wheel shape after forging. This process can save processing time and cost, but the mold is very expensive.

Milling and forging, ready-made forging hub blank, and then through CNC machining center milling out the shape of the wheel.
